Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination authority/customs clearance processes.
- For standard purchases you can expect your order to be delivered in a minimum of 6 – 8 working days & maximum of 10 working days. For orders with customization, the delivery can take up to 12 – 15 working days. (within India)
- Once an order has been processed it won’t be possible for us to change the delivery address or cancel the same.
- If multiple items have been purchased, please be aware that each product may be delivered to you at different times/dates.
- In order to track your order, please refer to the email that was sent with the tracking number.
- we charge a flat fee of ₹29 for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.
Shipping Timeline: International Orders
- Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for international orders is typically between 15 to 20 business days after order processing.
- Order Processing: Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Standard Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
- Additional Charges: Please note that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and may vary depending on the destination’s regulations.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Certain items may be subject to international shipping restrictions based on their size, weight, or content. We will notify you if any restrictions apply to your order.
- If your international order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, contact us with your order and tracking details. We’ll investigate with the carrier, which may take up to 14 business days. If confirmed lost, we’ll issue a full refund or resend the items. Customs fees are your responsibility
- Packages marked as delivered or sent to incorrect addresses are not covered.
