At oozingo, we believe in providing high-quality products to our customers. To maintain the integrity and quality of our inventory, we have a no return policy in place.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues or incorrect items sent, subject to availability and within 3 days of delivery
No Returns Accepted: Once a product is purchased, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Exceptions: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please report it to us within 3 days of delivery at hello@oozingo.com. We will review the issue and may offer an exchange or store credit if applicable.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We offer a 3 – day exchange policy for all items. The delivery date will be considered as Day 1, and exchanges must be completed by Day 3. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@oozingo.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure a smooth exchange experience.
Please note that all exchange requests must be made within this 3-day period to be eligible.
We do not accept returns, but if there is a defect or damage, customers may request a replacement.
In cases where the customer requests a cash refund due to defect or damage, it will be provided to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. However, for cash-on-delivery (COD) purchases, only store credit will be provided.
Please report any defects or damage immediately after receiving your order. To facilitate the process, please provide unboxing pictures or a video of the product showing the damage or defect.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@oozingo.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
No Return, No Exchange Policy: International orders
- We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to logistical complexities and customs regulations.
Shipping returns
Size-related exchanges are free of cost. Please note that only one exchange is allowed per order.
Shipping for returns will be initiated by oozingo. Returns sent directly without prior coordination will not be accepted. In rare cases where we are unable to arrange a pickup, customers may be requested to send the product back to us
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
